Finger Planter Model R

The Finger Planter Model R is a finger-disc planter designed for semi-automatic planting of seedlings of plants with exposed root and seedlings from multi-cell pallets. While inserting the seedling, the fingers move in a circle. Changing the planting density is made by changing the gear transmission (changing the rotational speed of the disc). As standard, the machine is equipped with a disc feeder consisting of 15 fingers. Possibility of densification of seedlings up to 8 cm in a row. This planter is relatively light, so it does not require a large tractor power. The planting density (8,9,10,11,12,14,15,17,18,21, 23cm) is done by changing the toothed gear every 1-2 cm, depending on the number of fingers mounted on the disc. The planter sections are mounted on rockers, so that the entire planter runs smoothly in uneven fields. Each planting unit is mounted to the frame with screw connectors, thanks to which there is an easy adjustment of the spacing between the rows.

*On request, it is possible to place a root fertilizer dispenser on the planter and a system for developing a drip line, laid on the ground or sunk under the soil surface.
